Thank you for buying our courses. Soft Train Technologies LLC want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.

  • As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Soft Train Technologies website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.
  • Customers are paying for career guidance, online training and consultation only.
  • Subscription to training and Pre-marketing process will not be guarantee a job placement.
  • We don’t offer Job Guarantee scheme. Fee paid will be towards training only.
  • Attendees are entitled to one complimentary re-book, if this is made prior to the day of the course.
  • A re-booking done after 5 sessions of the course and subsequent re-bookings may incur a fee.
  • All applicable 50% course fees must be paid to secure admission to the course.
  • Remaining 50% should be paid after 5 sessions and before start of 6th session.
  • If the cancellation is done by the customer within 3 sessions of training, 10% will be deducted as administration fee.
  • If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 5 sessions of training no refund will be made.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
